RFID stands for Radio Frequency Identification. RFID is the use of a wireless non-contact system that uses radio-frequency electromagnetic fields to transfer data from a tag attached to an object (Wikipedia.com, 2012). RFID is a type of identification system devices that stored data, identification or location of the products. The RFID tag can be put onto an object and used to track and manage inventory, assets, people, etc. For example, it can be put into cars, computer equipment, books, mobile phones, etc. RFID can be used in a variety of applications such as access the management when there is need to access the office. They need to put their identification card that has their details to make sure they pass the security check. It is more to make sure that only authorized people can enter the premises. The tracking of good can also been done with RFID when the company wants to shipping their product somewhere far away and there are tags on the delivery of goods that enable them to track them whenever the goods being taken to. RFID can also track persons and animals as there are tags that can be put into their bodies or accessories. The police often used them to track bad people or when doing the undercover to protect the officer on duty. CE Student Recounts the Different Faces of His Life Essay

Life as a student, a working student to be exact, is but a small part of my world since there are more things that give color into my life. My relationships with my family, friends, and well girlfriend to be are the other spices of my life. I enjoy doing my hobbies, too. Cheers for I will be a civil engineering graduate on fall of 2009 in the University of Austin. After graduation, I will try to get an internship in the city to add credentials in my resume. I plan to go to graduate school next. Like I said, I am a working student. I work as a handyman in Four Leaf Tower. Also during weekends, I work as a security in one of city towers. When I finish college, I will be the best civil engineer in the whole wide world. My family is valuable to me. Though I don’t see them often, last time was 3 years ago, I love them so much. They will come to visit me. We plan to go to LA to visit my grandmother. You might want to know, I have an older brother and sister. My brother is a professional civil engineer while my sister is a fourth grade teacher. Hanging out with friends is one thing I definitely enjoy. Recently, my friends and I went to Corpus Christi. We stayed there for 5 days. There we had a lot of fun time together engaging in different activities like swimming, fishing, and eating barbecues! I’m a bit timid when it comes to girls. So I rarely go out to date someone.   It’s nerve-wracking for me to approach women. But very recently, I had a date and I think we will be meeting again. We really had a nice conversation. I love to cook, go out fishing, and read books. I had a Turkish dish called Donar the last time I cooked for a friend. Galveston is a great place to fish. This is where my friends and I hang out to fish. During free time, cool books are my amigos.

The Interpretation of the ‘A’ by Major Characters in The Scarlet Letter People have different cultures and experiences throughout their lives; therefore, they all have different perspectives of the same object. Various authors use different perspectives of people to make objects mean different based on how people approach it. Not only the readers see the object in different ways, but also the characters in the story. The Scarlet Letter uses various symbolism such as ‘A , rosebush, the forest and more which might mean different to each person. Nathaniel Hawthorne, the author of The Scarlet Letter, uses the symbolism of ‘A to indicate different meanings throughout the story. However, some readers get confused what exactly ‘A means†¦show more content†¦The quote foreshadows that she will be able to serve herself and Pearl after prison with her needlework. Even though he gives positive diction such as able and elaborate to describe the scarlet letter, Hawthorne still reminds the reader that ‘A means adultery and that is Hester s major appearance. In the Governor s house, Hawthorne depicts reflection of Hester and the scarlet letter in the large and curved mirror as exaggerated and gigantic proportions, and adds more information that the scarlet letter is most prominent feature of her appearance, bringing all the readers back to reality that it does not mean that she is not a sinner because now ‘A stood for Able to Hester (Hawthorne 57). Throughout the story, Hawthorne uses ‘A to characterize Hester explaining how other people treat Hester and how she interpret the ‘A as. Hawthorne expresses Pearl, the daughter of Hester, as the scarlet letter and the scarlet letter as Pearl. Pearl has an obsession to the scarlet letter. Pearl refuses to go to Hester in the forest when Hester was not wearing ‘A . Pearl thinks only when Hester is wearing ‘A , Hester is her mother and should Hester repudiate the letter, she will repudiate Pearl (Baym). The action of Pearl refusing to go to Hester when Hester is not wearing the scarlet letter clearly shows Pearl has a deep connection with the letter. Pearl was the result of Hester s
